This website is published in France and is governed by French law. This English version is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés").
In short: no email, no password, no cookies, no advertising, no external audience measurement tool. Your answers are used to score your test and are deleted from the server after two hours at most. The leaderboard is optional: only if you tick the box provided does it show your nickname, your country, your score and the date, which you can remove at any time. If you play the daily challenge, your player profile (nickname, country, scores and rewards) is kept until you delete it, and only appears on the public leaderboards if you agree to it. The server only counts, without knowing anything about you, the number of tests and challenges played each day.

What we do not collect
We never ask for an email, name, phone number, address or bank details, at any step. There is no user account.

Protection against bots
Before the test starts, your browser performs a small automatic calculation lasting a few seconds. This check does not use any third-party service, does not set any cookie and does not collect any additional data. An attempt finished too quickly or with an impossible answer pace is not ranked.
Storage in your browser
The website does not set any cookies. It uses your browser's local storage, solely for its operation: the test in progress (to resume it if the page reloads), your last result, your nickname, your country, the list of matrices already seen (so they are not shown to you again) and the code used to remove your score from the leaderboard, your choice of whether or not to appear on the leaderboard and, if you play the daily challenge, the ID and secret key of your player profile. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us, except for the nickname, the country and the list of matrices already seen, which are sent at the start of a test, and the player profile ID and key, which are sent to play the daily challenge. You can delete it at any time by clearing the website's data in your browser.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any audience measurement, advertising or social media tool. No resource is loaded from a third-party service: fonts, images and scripts are hosted on the website's server.
Recipients and hosting
The data is processed only by FABIO STYLE. It is not sold, transferred or used for marketing purposes. The website is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), on a server located in the European Union. The nickname, country and score of ranked participants are publicly visible on the Leaderboard page.
Minors
If you are under 15, ask a parent for permission before joining the leaderboard or sending your answers anonymously.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time:
- Removing your score from the leaderboard: use the "Remove my score from the leaderboard" button on the result page, from the device used for the test. Otherwise, write to us with your nickname, the date and the score: since there are no accounts, we may ask you for more details to prevent someone from having another person's score removed.
- Deleting your daily challenge profile: use the "Delete my profile" button on the challenge page. The profile, its rewards and its scores are deleted immediately and permanently.
- Anonymous submission: this data contains nothing that could identify you; we therefore cannot find yours in order to delete it.
- Any other request: contact@premierclic.fr.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
